Police Interceptor Utility Vehicle Bailment Agreement\nRecommendation: Approve and instruct the Chair to sign a Bailment Agreement\nwith the City of Malibu for the use of a 2021 Police Interceptor Utility Vehicle,\nVehicle Identification No. FM5K8AB4MGB98783, for a period of five years from\nNovember 15, 2022, through November 15, 2027, unless sooner terminated or\nextended; instruct the Executive Officer-Clerk of the Board to send a letter of\nappreciation to Steve McClary, City Manager, City of Malibu Administrative\nOffices, for the generous use of the Vehicle; and authorize the Sheriff to extend\nthe term of the Agreement for an additional five years if it is in the best interest\nof the County.
