73. Hydropoint Data Systems Inc. Subscription Services for Weather-Based\nIrrigation Smart Controllers\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Parks and Recreation to execute an\namendment to a contract with HydroPoint Data Systems Inc., to extend the\nsubscription services for the weather-based irrigation controllers on a\nmonth-to-month basis not to exceed 12 months, and increase the annual\namount for the subscription services from $62,370 to $73,938.60, increase the\nannual subscription amount by up to 10% of $73,938.60 during the\nmonth-to-month extension period, for any unforeseen services within the scope\nof the contract, and terminate the contract for convenience, either in whole or in\npart, if necessary, by providing a 30-calendar day advance written notice, once\nthe Department has completed the solicitation process for a replacement\ncontract.
