Final Tract Map in the Unincorporated Community of Hacienda Heights\nRecommendation: Approve the final map for Tract No. 82498 in the\nunincorporated community of Hacienda Heights (1); find that the proposed\nsubdivision complies with the applicable requirements and conditions imposed\npursuant to the state Subdivision Map Act and the County Subdivision\nOrdinance and is substantial conformance with the Vesting Tentative Tract Map\nNo. 82498 previously approved by the Board on July 12, 2022; find that division\nand development of the property, in the manner set forth on the approved\ntentative map for this subdivision, will not unreasonably interfere with the free\nand complete exercise of any rights of way or easements owned by any public\nentity and/or public utility in accordance with the State Subdivision Map Act;\naccept grants and dedications as indicated on the final map for Tract No.\n82498; and find that approval of the final map is exempt from the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act.
