Facilitating Implementation of One-Time Flexible Family Supports for\nChildren and Youth in Home Based Placements\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Authorize the Director of\nChildren and Family Services to allocate funding in the amount of $465,500 to\nthe Center for Strategic Partnerships (CSP) through its fiscal agent, Southern\nCalifornia Grantmakers, for the provision of consulting services for two years,\nfor the implementation of one-time flexible family supports for children and\nfamily youth in home-based placements , and to cover the associated\nadministrative fee of 3%; and instruct the Director and CSP to develop target\noutcomes for the consulting services.
