78. Behavioral Health Professional Services Contract\nRecommendation: Acting as the Governing Body of the Consolidated Fire\nProtection District (District), approve and instruct the Fire Chief to execute a\ncontract between the District and Stepanian Family Counseling, Inc.; Carl King,\nPh.D.; and Avery Centre to provide Behavioral Health Professional Services;\nauthorize a combined maximum contract amount of $1,500,000, for an initial\nterm of three-years, with two one-year extension options, for a maximum\ncontract amount, comprised of annual expenditures, not to exceed a combined\ntotal of $300,000 per contract year; effective July 1, 2023, or upon Board\napproval; authorize the Fire Chief to execute amendments, suspensions, or\ntermination if deemed necessary, including the extension options, and in\naccordance with the approved contract terms and conditions, provided the\namounts payable under such amendments do not exceed the $300,000 annual\nbudget; and find that this contract is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act.
