24. Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors and the Los Angeles\nMemorial Coliseum Commission Amended and Restated Memorandum of\nUnderstanding\nExecutive Officer of the Board’s recommendation: Authorize the Executive\nOfficer of the Board to approve the execution of the third amended and restated\ninteragency Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Executive\nOffice of the Board and the Commission, to restate the obligations of the\nCommission and the Executive Officer and to increase the estimated annual\namount for administrative and supportive services, effective upon the date of\napproval and continues from fiscal year to fiscal year, unless terminated for\nconvenience by either party with a 30-day written notice; and to execute\namendments to the amended and restated MOU, as necessary, for\nadministrative or non-material changes, and to increase the annual cost not to\nexceed 15% for the services provided under the MOU.
