Agreement with Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties for Ongoing\nOwnership and Maintenance of the Electronic Recording Delivery System\nRecommendation: Authorize the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk to execute a\nfive-year multi-County agreement (Agreement), to allow Los Angeles County to\ncontinue its participation with Orange, Riverside and San Diego Counties in the\nownership and maintenance of the Statewide Electronic Courier Universal\nRecording Environment Electronic Recording Delivery System, for an estimated\ntotal shared contract amount of $10,000,000, of which the Registrar-Recorder/\nCounty Clerk is estimated to spend $2,500,000; execute future amendments to\nthe Agreement, as needed; execute amendments to the estimated contract\namount up to an additional 10% of the maximum amount of $2,500,000, or\n$250,000, in order to account for any unforeseen costs, and terminate the\ncontract as necessary.
