5.3. RE-ADOPTION OF GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT PA21-019 FOR THE 6TH CYCLE\nHOUSING ELEMENT UPDATE\nRecommended Action:\n1. Find that the request is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act\npursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15061(b)(3) (Common Sense\nExemption);\n2. Adopt a Resolution adopting a General Plan Amendment for the 6th Cycle Housing\nElement (PA21-019); and\n3.
