1. PUBLIC COMMENT: The City Council values your comments;\nhowever, pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council cannot take action\non items not listed on the posted agenda. The public comment\nperiod is limited to 20 minutes, with 2 minutes allotted for each\nspeaker. This public comment period is to address the City Council\non Consent Calendar items, other agenda items (if the member of\nthe public cannot be present at the time the item is considered) or\nitems of general interest within the jurisdiction of the City Council.\nAnother period is also reserved for general comment later in the\nmeeting for those that could not be heard at this time. Public\nHearing testimony will only be taken at the time of the hearing.
