Approve Three-Year Agreements for Contractor Services, with Brodersen Associates, for: 1) City-Initiated\n(Non-Reimbursable) Projects, and 2) Non-City-Initiated (Reimbursable) Projects for Landscape Consultant\nServices\nRECOMMENDATION: Approve: (1) a three-year Agreement for Contractor Services with Brodersen Associates\nfor Landscape Services for City-Initiated Projects on a time-and-materials basis for a not-to-exceed fee of\n$27,000 per year; and (2) a three-year Agreement for Contractor Services with Brodersen Associates for\nLandscape Services for Non-City-Initiated Projects on a time-and-materials basis for a not-to-exceed fee of\n$25,000 per year.
