11. Bridge of Hope Community Housing (BHCH) Site Security Professional Services\nAgreement with Citiguard\nRECOMMENDED MOTION:\n1. Approve the Professional Services Agreement with Citiguard for the period of\none year from 03/14/2023 to 03/14/2024 to provide professional services\nnecessary to provide security services to the BHCH site.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute, amend, and keep record\nof documents necessary to administer the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Professional\nServices Agreement with Citiguard.\n3. Authorize the Department of Finance to establish all necessary account\nnumbers for the administration of the BHCH site and create a blanket purchase\norder for Citiguard not to exceed $209,503 in administrative fees.
