Radiology Equipment for the Olive View-UCLA Medical Center Sole\nSource Acquisition\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Internal Services, as the County’s\nPurchasing Agent, to proceed with a supplemental purchase order in the\namount of $253,405, for a sole source acquisition of the Siemens Healthineers’\nnew SPECT CT model for the Department of Health Services’ Olive View-UCLA\nMedical Center (OV-UCLA MC), to replace and update existing radiology\nequipment with the current radiology equipment model; and approve the revised\napproximate acquisition amount of $987,342, from the previously\nBoard-approved amount of $733,937, which represents an increase of\n$253,405, funded within existing resources, to supplement the purchase order\nfor the new SPECT CT model for OV-UCLA MC.
