Department of Health Services’ Leadership Development Program\nExpenditures\nRecommendation: Authorize the Director of Health Services to continue to host\nand conduct the Department of Health Services’ (DHS) Leadership\nDevelopment Program’ (LDP), formerly the Management Development Program,\nevents during Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-24, at an aggregate maximum amount of\n$100,000; execute agreements with qualified entities, including necessary\namendments, to purchase meals, food and nonalcoholic beverages, to support\nthe DHS LDP events during FY 2023-24, at an aggregate maximum amount of\n$100,000; and extend the authorities granted above to increase the incidental\nexpense limit for FY 2024-25 by 10% to $110,000.
