52. Resolution of Summary Vacation of Slope Easements in the\nUnincorporated Community of Rowland Heights\nRecommendation: Find that the easements for slope purposes north of\nPathfinder Road and west of Paso Real Avenue, in the unincorporated\ncommunity of Rowland Heights (1), have not been used for the purpose for\nwhich they were dedicated or acquired for five consecutive years immediately\npreceding the proposed vacation, are excess, not required for street or highway\npurposes, and can be vacated; adopt a Resolution of Summary Vacation of\nSlope Easements north of Pathfinder Road and west of Paso Real Avenue;\nauthorize the Director of Public Works to record the certified original resolution\nwith the office of the Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk; and find that the\nproposed project is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act.\n(Department of Public Works) ADOPT (23-1272)\nAttachments: Board Letter\nPublic Comment/Correspondence
