2. Support for Assembly Bill 3 (Zbur): California Offshore Wind and Jobs\nAdvancement Act\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Horvath: Direct the Chief\nExecutive Officer, through the Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental\nRelations Division, to advocate in support of Assembly Bill 3 (Zbur), legislation\nwhich requires the California Energy Commission to study and recommend\nstrategies for procuring energy, maximizing job opportunities for the State, and\ncreating pathways for developing port infrastructure to achieve our climate\ngoals through offshore wind energy, and send a five-signature letter in support\nof the bill to Assemblymember Rick Chavez Zbur.
