1-D. Annual Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-24 for the Los Angeles County\nDevelopment Authority\nRecommendation: Approve the Los Angeles County Development Authority's\n(LACDA's) Annual Plan (Annual Plan), as required by the United States\nDepartment of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), to update LACDA’s\nprogram goals, major policies and financial resources, including the Capital\nFund Program (CFP) Annual Statement information, the Admissions and\nContinued Occupancy Policy for the Public Housing Program, and the Housing\nChoice Voucher Administrative Plan; adopt and instruct the Chair to sign a\nresolution approving the Annual Plan for submission to HUD and authorize the\nExecutive Director of the Los Angeles County Development Authority to take all\nactions required for implementation of the Annual Plan; and authorize the\nExecutive Director to execute all documents required to receive HUD allocated\nCFP funds which are estimated to be approximately $8,900,000, incorporate\ninto the Annual Plan all public comments received and approved for inclusion by\nthe Board, and submit the Annual Plan to HUD by April 17, 2023.
