Extend the Reward Offer in the Investigation of the Suspicious\nDisappearance of Monique Figueroa\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Barger: Extend the $20,000\nreward offered in exchange for information leading to the apprehension and\nconviction of the person or persons responsible for the suspicious and heinous\ndisappearance of 27-year-old Monique Figueroa, who was last seen on\nMay 19, 2015 at approximately 4:00 a.m. while driving away from her residence\nin the 7200 block of East Avenue U-12 in the unincorporated area of Little\nRock, and whose abandoned vehicle was found on May 30, 2015 in the\nunincorporated area of Juniper Hills.
