Support for Assembly Bill 1387 (Ting): Immigrant In-Home Support\nServices Provider Expansion\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisors Solis and Hahn: Direct the Chief\nExecutive Officer, through Legislative Affairs and Intergovernmental Relations\nDivision, to support Assembly Bill 1387 (Ting), and other similar measures that\nwould help address the shortage of In-Home Support Services (IHSS) providers\nwhile giving IHSS recipients greater flexibility in being able to select a home\ncare provider of their choice, as long as this does not result in unfunded costs\nto the County.
