26. Turnbull Canyon Road Grade Separation Project\nRecommendation as submitted by Supervisor Solis: Approve the Turnbull\nCanyon Road Grade Separation Project (Project) and authorize the Director of\nPublic Works to negotiate and enter a construction, operation, and\nmaintenance agreement and any amendments between the Union Pacific\nRailroad (UPRR), San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments (SGVCOG), the\nCity of Industry, and the County for the Project; authorize the Chief Engineer of\nthe County Flood Control District (District) to grant easement(s) to Southern\nCalifornia Edison Company in San Jose Creek and enter into an agreement\nwith the SGVCOG affecting San Jose Creek for the Project provided that the\nDirector find and determine that the subsequent use of San Jose Creek by\nSouthern California Edison Company and the SGVOG for the Project will not\ninterfere with the use of the affected parcels for any purposes of the District;\nand acting as the responsible agency, find that the proposed Project is exempt\nfrom the California Environmental Quality Act.
