9. CDBG Covid-19 Funding - Agreement for Homeless Rehousing Services with\nLighthouse Social Services Center\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Independent Contractor Agreement for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 with\nLightHouse Social Service Centers for homeless housing assistance services, in\na total contract sum not to exceed $125,010.\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement subject to the City\nAttorney’s approval as to form.\nDEPARTMENT: PUBLIC WORKS\nD.
