Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for On-Call Engineering Services\nwith Willdan Engineering (dated July 14, 2020), which lessens the Agreement to\nJune 30, 2023, and increases the total compensation by $65,000 (total\ncompensation $158,290);\n2.
