8. Approval of Amendment to the Agreement Between the City of Grand Terrace and\nWilldan Engineering and to Lessen the Terms Thereof and to Increase the\nCompensation of the Willdan Engineering Agreement\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement for On-Call Engineering Services\nwith Willdan Engineering (dated July 14, 2020), which lessens the Agreement to\nJune 30, 2023, and increases the total compensation by $65,000 (total\ncompensation $158,290);\n2. Authorize the Mayor to execute the above-mentioned amendments subject to the\nCity Attorney’s approval as to form.\nDEPARTMENT: PUBLIC WORKS
