Determine transfer of portion of City-owned land along Carbon Canyon\nRoad to State of California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) for\nCarbon Canyon Road Widening Project is for public purpose; authorize\nMayor to execute Grant Deed in substantially the form attached to staff\nreport subject to negotiations with Caltrans; authorize execution of\nCooperative Agreement No. 08-1761 with Caltrans to contribute fixed\namount of $510,000 toward funding Capital Construction of\nModifications for Carbon Canyon Road State Route 142 southbound at\nintersection with Chino Hills Parkway State Route 142; find land\ntransfer and Cooperative Agreement 08-1761 exempt from review\nunder California Environmental Quality Act; and direct City Clerk to\nrecord Grant Deed upon review and approval of City Manager and City\nAttorney
