PUBLIC COMMENTS:\n"Public Comments" is the time reserved on each regular meeting agenda to\nprovide an opportunity for members of the public to directly address the Council\non Consent Calendar items or other matters of interest not on the agenda that\nare within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Council. Although the City Council\nvalues your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, the Council generally cannot\ntake any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. There is a five-minute\nmaximum time limit when addressing the City Council. At this time, the\nteleconference moderator will ask callers one at a time to give their name and if\nthere is an agenda item number they wish to speak on before providing their\ncomment.\nWritten materials distributed to the City Council within 72 hours of the City Council meeting are\navailable for public inspection immediately upon distribution in the City Clerk’s Office at 21810 Copley\nDr., Diamond Bar, California, during normal business hours.\nFEBRUARY 7, 2023 PAGE 2
