CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A\nMAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD\nCONTROL DISTRICT (OCFCD) AND COUNTY OF ORANGE REGARDING\nMAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING\nCOSTS, OF THE SEGUNDA DESHECHA CANADA CHANNEL (OCFCD\nFACILITY NO. M02), A REGIONAL FLOOD CONTROL FACILITY/CULVERT\nUNDER CALLE DE LOS MOLINOS, AND FINDING THE PROJECT\nCATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-128, which will:\n1. Find the project categorically exempt from CEQA under Class 1 (Existing\nFacilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA Guidelines.\n2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-43, A\nMaintenance Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and the\nOrange County Flood Control District and County of Orange, providing for\nmaintenance and operational responsibilities, including costs, of the\nSegunda Deshecha Canada Channel (OCFCD Facility No. M02) Culvert\nunder Calle de Los Molinos.
