STEWART AND ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR WEED\nABATEMENT SERVICES, RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS\nAND MAKING FINDINGS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL\nQUALITY ACT\n(Agendized by Councilmember Cabral, with the support of Mayor Knoblock and\nCouncilmember Loeffler, at the April 15, 2025 City Council meeting.)\nStaff Recommendation\n1. Approve Resolution No. 25-118 which will approve, and authorize the City\nManager to execute, Contract No. C25-42, by and between the City of San\nClemente and E. Stewart and Associates, Inc., providing for the Weed\nAbatement Program, consisting of weed abatement and related\ndefensible-space clearance services, in an amount not to exceed $256,060,\nfor a five-year term, and appropriate an additional $96,060 to Program 452 Weed Abatement: $45,160 in Account No. 001-452-43470 and $50,900 in\nAccount No. 001-452-43890.

Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C22-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and Omni\nEnterprise, Inc. dba Omniclean, providing for janitorial maintenance of City\nbuildings and exterior restrooms at City beaches and parks, in an amount not\nto exceed $479,020, for a one-year term.\n2.
