CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING TWO LICENSE AGREEMENTS WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY FOR TEMPORARY USE OF CITY-OWNED LAND (APN 678-163-01) AS A HELICOPTER LANDING ZONE FOR EMERGENCY OPERATIONS AND FINDING THE ACTIONS EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-127, which will: 1. Find the project exempt under California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines Sections 15301 (Existing Facilities), 15304(e) (Minor Alterations to Land) and 15269 (Emergency Projects). 2. Approve the two License Agreements with the Orange County Fire Authority for the use of City-owned land as a HeliPad. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-40, License Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County Fire Authority, for the use of City-owned land as a HeliPad. 4. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-41, License Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County Fire Authority, for the use of City-owned land as a HeliPad.
