11H. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE OF CITY BUILDINGS AND EXTERIOR RESTROOMS AT CITY BEACHES AND PARKS Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No 25-123, which will: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C22-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and Omni Enterprise, Inc. dba Omniclean, providing for janitorial maintenance of City buildings and exterior restrooms at City beaches and parks, in an amount not to exceed $479,020, for a one-year term. 2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to execute the final contract extension according to the terms of the original Agreement, as amended, provided that it is within the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget .
