CONTRACT AMENDMENT - FY 2025-26 POLICE SERVICES CONTRACT FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF TWO ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND ONE TRAILER AND AUTHORIZING A RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-126, which will: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C25-28, by and between the City of San Clemente and the County of Orange, providing for FY 2025-26 police services, increasing the contract amount from $22,690,270 to $22,720,058 (an increase of $37,788). 2. Authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $37,788 from the General Fund unassigned fund balance to Account No. 001-218-43625 (Police Contract Services).
