11E. CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN UPDATED GRANT AMOUNT FROM CALIFORNIA COASTAL COMMISSION, AUTHORIZING A RELATED SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A RELATED CONTRACT AMENDMENT WITH CETO CONSULTING, LLC AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-107, which will: 1. Determine that project is categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Class 6 of the state CEQA Guidelines, Section 15306 (14 CCR § 15306, Information Collection). 2. Accept a grant from the Coastal Commission in the amount of $59,000. 3. Approve an additional supplemental appropriation of $9,000 to be reflected in the following revenue and expenditure accounts: a. 001-000-33446 $9,000 (Revenue) b. 001-433-43695 $9,000 (Expenditure) 4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. AC-1315, by and between the City of San Clemente and CETO, providing for professional services to capture and analyze data for the City’s Local Coastal Program, with a total contact amount not to exceed $59,000.
