11G. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - MAINTENANCE OF CITY STREETSCAPES Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No 25-122, which will: 1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to Contract No. C22-33, by and between the City of San Clemente and Colts Landscaping, Inc., providing for maintenance of City streetscapes, in an amount not to exceed $351,190, for a one-year term. 2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to execute the final contract extension according to the terms of the original Agreement, as amended, provided that it is included in the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget.
