11J. CONTRACT AWARD - SAN CLEMENTE PIER ENTRANCE REDESIGN PROJECT, PN 23102, AND MAKING FINDINGS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-125, which will: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Class 2 - Replacement or Reconstruction). 2. Award a professional services agreement to Summers, Murphy & Partners for San Clemente Pier Entrance Redesign Project, PN 23102. 3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-39, by and between the City of San Clemente and Summers, Murphy & Partners, Inc., providing for the San Clemente Pier Entrance Redesign Project, in an amount not to exceed $72,570.
