CONSIDERATION OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT (OCFCD) AND COUNTY OF ORANGE REGARDING MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDING COSTS, OF THE SEGUNDA DESHECHA CANADA CHANNEL (OCFCD FACILITY NO. M02), A REGIONAL FLOOD CONTROL FACILITY/CULVERT UNDER CALLE DE LOS MOLINOS, AND FINDING THE PROJECT CATEGORICALLY EXEMPT FROM THE CALIFORNIA ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT Staff Recommendation Adopt Resolution No. 25-128, which will: 1. Find the project categorically exempt from CEQA under Class 1 (Existing Facilities, 14 CCR section 15301) of the State CEQA Guidelines. 2. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-43, A Maintenance Agreement, by and between the City of San Clemente and the Orange County Flood Control District and County of Orange, providing for maintenance and operational responsibilities, including costs, of the Segunda Deshecha Canada Channel (OCFCD Facility No. M02) Culvert under Calle de Los Molinos.
