25. XCEQA - ADDENDUM TO PREVIOUSLY CERTIFIED EIR-330 AND SEIR-346\nDEVELOPMENT APPLICATION NO. 2021-00193\nPROJECT LOCATION: Proposed additions and changes to roadway classifications include a\nportion of Yorba Linda Boulevard from the eastbound SR-91 interchange to La Palma Avenue,\nSavi Ranch Parkway, Crystal Drive, Pullman Street, and Old Canal Road. Proposed bikeway\nadditions are located: 1) along Yorba Linda Boulevard between Old Canal Road and La Palma\nAvenue; and 2) along La Palma Avenue between the intersection of Yorba Linda Boulevard and\nLa Palma Avenue to the easterly City limits.\nREQUEST: A City-initiated General Plan Amendment for minor amendments to the General\nPlan Circulation Element including the Bicycle Master Plan to address inconsistencies with the\nexisting right-of-way conditions and add planned bike facilities in the area of Yorba Linda\nBoulevard / La Palma Avenue at the border of the City of Anaheim and the City of Yorba Linda.\nENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: The City Council will consider if an Addendum to the\npreviously certified Environmental Impact Report No. 330 and Supplemental Environmental\nImpact Report No. 346, is the appropriate environmental documentation for this request under\nthe California Environmental Quality Act.\nACTION TAKEN BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION: Recommended City Council approval\n(Resolution No. PC2022-095).
