P. 457 10. SUBJECT: AWARD OF CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT – COUNTY LINE ROAD\nMOBILE SOURCE AIR POLLUTION REDUCTION REVIEW COMMITTEE (MSRC)\nGRANT FUNDED PROJECT\nRECOMMENDATION: That City Council:\n1. Award and authorize the Mayor to execute a contract in the amount of $451,691 with\nThree Peaks Corp. of Calimesa, CA for the County Line Road Mobile Source Air\nPollution Reduction Review Committee (MSRC) Grant Funded Project – Project No.\n11118; and\n2. Approve the amount of $50,000 for construction contract contingency and the amount\nof $45,000 for construction contract administration, survey, testing and inspection for\na total project construction budget in the amount of $546,691; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to administer the terms of the contract;\nand\n4.
