11H. CONTRACT AMENDMENT - JANITORIAL MAINTENANCE OF CITY\nBUILDINGS AND EXTERIOR RESTROOMS AT CITY BEACHES AND PARKS\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No 25-123, which will:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C22-31, by and between the City of San Clemente and Omni\nEnterprise, Inc. dba Omniclean, providing for janitorial maintenance of City\nbuildings and exterior restrooms at City beaches and parks, in an amount not\nto exceed $479,020, for a one-year term.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to execute the\nfinal contract extension according to the terms of the original Agreement, as\namended, provided that it is within the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget .
