Approving\nAmendment 2 to Professional Service Agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting,\nInc., to provide professional services related to the 2021-2029 Housing\nElement Update, extending the term to December 31, 2025; and, 2. Approving\nAmendment 2 to Professional Service Agreement with Lisa Wise Consulting,\nInc., to provide professional services revising portions of Title 11 of the\nMunicipal Code to implement the 2021-2029 Housing Element, extending the\nterm to December 31, 2025; and, 3. Authorizing the City Manager to execute\neach Amendment on behalf of the City.
