10.5\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving an Interagency\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Los Angeles\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority to Participate in the\nRegional Integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems\nand Become a Voting Member of the Configuration\nManagement Committee\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Adopt the attached Resolution approving an Interagency\nMemorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Los Angeles\nMetropolitan Transportation Authority to participate in the\nRegional Integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems\nand become a voting member of the Configuration\nManagement Committee; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOU, including\napproving finalized plans and any other actions in connection\nwith the Agreement.\nCONCLUSION: If the MOU is approved, staff will process it for\nsignatures and transmit it to LACMTA.\nFISCAL IMPACT: None.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Resolution 2025-76\nExhibit 2 - Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
