10.6\nConsideration of a Resolution Approving a Sixth Amendment\nto Professional Services Agreement with RJM Design Group,\nInc. to Provide Additional Construction Administration\nServices for the John Anson Ford Park Regional Aquatics\nCenter Improvements\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil adopt the attached Resolution authorizing the City Manager\nto execute a Sixth Amendment to the Professional Services\nAgreement with RJM Design Group, Inc.\nCONCLUSION: Approving a Sixth Amendment would enable RJM to\nprovide the additional construction administration services\nnecessary to complete the Aquatics Center.\nFISCAL IMPACT: Existing funds in the reimbursable allowance in the\namount of $23,000 will be transferred to construction administration\nservices. The additional amount of $51,750 for construction\nadministration services would result in a new total compensation in\nthe amount of $1,721,755.
