11.6\nDiscussion Regarding Agreement Between the City of Bell\nGardens and Flock Group, Inc.\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff's recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Receive and file this report; or\n2. Direct Staff to let the Agreement lapse at the end of the Term\non February 28, 2026, with no additional optional extensions;\nor\n3. Direct the City Manager to provide notice to terminate the\nAgreement for convenience on August 12, 2025.\nCONCLUSION: Staff is seeking direction from the City Council\nregarding the existing Agreement with Flock.\nFISCAL IMPACT: None.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Agreement
