11.3\nDiscussion Pertaining to Kounkey Design Initiative (KDI) – Our\nResilient Rio Bell Gardens Golf Course Vision Plan – Update\nRECOMMENDATION: It is staff’s recommendation that the City\nCouncil:\n1. Receive and file the Kounkuey Design Initiative (KDI) - Our\nResilient Rio Bell\nGardens Golf Course Vision Plan update; or\n2. Direct staff to bring an agenda item with a resolution for City\nCouncil consideration to authorize KDI to apply for the Rivers\nand Mountains Conservancy Grant.\nCONCLUSION: KDI has informed staff of an RMC grant opportunity for\nthe Our Resilient Rio Bell Gardens Golf Course Vision Plan. The RMC\ngrant would pay for design, construction plans and specifications,\nand estimates, but it will also require that at least one phase of the\nproject is constructed or implemented.\nFISCAL IMPACT: None.\nATTACHMENTS:\nExhibit 1 - Vision Plan
