10.\nAuthorize the Purchasing Agent to issue purchase orders, up to a total amount not to exceed\n$15,547,883 plus applicable taxes and a 20% contingency, for various City vehicles and\nequipment for the 2025-26 Fiscal Year; ratify a purchase order issued in May 2025 to PFVT\nMotors, LLC ,in the amount of $1,374,936.24, for 24 Police vehicles that are part of the Fiscal\nYear 2025-26 plan to take advantage of existing pricing and the dealer’s open purchasing\nwindow; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to issue purchase order(s) in an amount not to\nexceed $2,548,000 for police patrol vehicles during the 2026 “order bank” period that may\nprecede approval of the Fiscal Year 2026/27 vehicle and equipment purchase plan.
