11I.\nCONTRACT AMENDMENT\nACCESSES AND PIER\n-\nMAINTENANCE\nAugust 19, 2025\nOF\nCITY\nBEACHES,\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No 25-124, which will:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C22-32, by and between the City of San Clemente and Colts\nLandscaping, Inc., providing for maintenance services for City beaches,\naccesses and pier, in an amount not to exceed $278,071, for a one-year\nterm.\n2. Authorize the City Manager, upon satisfactory performance, to exercise the\nfinal contract extension according to the terms of the original Agreement, as\namended, provided it is included in the adopted Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget .
