6.\nPublic Hearing to consider two resolutions, separately, declaring certain property located at 703\nand 705 South Anaheim Boulevard as exempt surplus land in accordance with the Surplus Land\nAct, approving an Agreement for Sale of Real Property and Joint Escrow Instructions with\nRenaissance Packing House Townhomes, LLC for said property, and related actions.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE\nANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY declaring certain Authority-owned real property located at 703\nand 705 South Anaheim Boulevard, Anaheim, California, as exempt surplus land pursuant to The\nSurplus Land Act, California Government Code Sections 54220, et seq.; and making certain\nfindings under the California Environmental Quality Act.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nA RESOLUTION OF THE GOVERNING BOARD OF THE\nANAHEIM HOUSING AUTHORITY approving an Agreement for Sale of Real Property and Joint\nEscrow Instructions with Renaissance Packing House Townhomes LLC; authorizing the\nExecutive Director of the Housing Authority to finalize such Agreement for Sale of Real Property;\nauthorizing the Executive Director of the Housing Authority to implement such agreement for sale\nof real property; determining that said Agreement for Conveyance is exempt from CEQA pursuant\nto CEQA Guidelines Section 15312; and making certain other findings in connection therewith.\nAdjourn the Anaheim Housing Authority.
