2.\nConsider a resolution of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority (AHPIA) and a\nresolution of the City Council, separately, authorizing and approving the issuance of Revenue\nBonds, Series 2025-A (Electric Utility Distribution System Improvements) and Revenue Refunding\nBonds, Series 2025-B (Electric Utility Distribution System Refunding) by AHPIA in the aggregate\nprincipal amount not to exceed $275,000,000, and related actions.\nHousing and Public Improvements Authority Action:\n2-A.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nRESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS\nOF THE ANAHEIM HOUSING AND PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AUTHORITY, (I)\nauthorizing the issuance of not to exceed $275,000,000 aggregate principal amount of\nRevenue Bonds, Series 2025-A (Electric Utility Distribution System Improvements) and\nRevenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2025-B (Electric Utility Distribution System Refunding)\nby said Authority; (II) approving the forms and authorizing the execution of an Indenture of\nTrust, an Installment Purchase Agreement, a Purchase Contract and other related\ndocuments; (III) approving the execution and delivery of an Official Statement; and (IV)\napproving certain actions in connection therewith.\nCity Council Action:\n2-B.\nRESOLUTION NO.\nRESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF ANAHEIM (I) approving the issuance of not to exceed $275,000,000 aggregate\nprincipal amount of Revenue Bonds, Series 2025-A (Electric Utility Distribution System\nImprovements) and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2025-B (Electric Utility Distribution\nSystem Refunding) of the Anaheim Housing and Public Improvements Authority; (II)\napproving the forms and authorizing the execution of an Installment Purchase Agreement,\nan Indenture of Trust, Escrow Agreements, a Continuing Disclosure Agreement, a\nPurchase Contract and other related documents; (III) approving the delivery of an Official\nStatement; and (IV) approving certain actions in connection therewith.
