16.\nApprove Professional Services Agreement, in substantial form, with ten consultants, for on-call\nconsulting inspection services to support the Construction Services Division of the Public Works\nDepartment, each for a two year term to expire on June 30, 2027, and funded through projectspecific budgets approved by the City Council in the City’s Capital Improvement Program Budget;\nauthorize the Public Works Director to execute the agreements and take such actions as are\nnecessary, required or advisable to implement and administer the agreement; and authorize de\nminimis changes that do not substantially change the terms and conditions of the agreement, as\nlong as such changes are determined to be de minimis by the City Attorney’s Office [Cannon\nCorporation, Interwest Consulting Group, Inc., LAE Associates, Inc., NV5, Inc., Onward\nEngineering, Southstar Engineering & Consulting, Inc., TKE Engineering, Inc., Transtech\nEngineers, Inc., Willdan Engineering, Z&K Consultants, Inc.].
