14.\nApprove an agreement with Harris and Associates, in the amount of $514,776 plus a 10%\ncontingency for a total amount not to exceed $566,254, to provide engineering services for the\nVermont Street Alleys Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project, and authorize the Director of Public\nWorks, or designee, to execute the agreement and any related documents, and to take any and\nall actions as are necessary to implement and administer the agreement.
