CONTRACT AMENDMENT - FY 2025-26 POLICE SERVICES CONTRACT\nFOR THE REPLACEMENT OF TWO ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND ONE\nTRAILER\nAND\nAUTHORIZING\nA\nRELATED\nSUPPLEMENTAL\nAPPROPRIATION\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-126, which will:\n1. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute, Amendment No. 1 to\nContract No. C25-28, by and between the City of San Clemente and the\nCounty of Orange, providing for FY 2025-26 police services, increasing the\ncontract amount from $22,690,270 to $22,720,058 (an increase of $37,788).\n2. Authorize a supplemental appropriation in the amount of $37,788 from the\nGeneral Fund unassigned fund balance to Account No. 001-218-43625\n(Police Contract Services).
