8. REVIEW OF CURRENT COUNCIL ASSIGNMENTS TO VARIOUS BOARDS, AGENCIES, AD HOC AND TASK\nFORCE COMMITTEES\nRECOMMENDATION: It is recommended that the City Council:\n1. Review and take action to fill assignments to various Boards, Agencies, Ad Hoc and Task Force\nCommittees; and\n2. Designate the Mayor as the representative to the Los Angeles County-City Selection Committee, and the\n3. Designate the Mayor as the representative to the Board of Directors of Sanitation Districts No's. 2 and 15\nof Los Angeles County, and designate an alternate member of the City Council as the alternate; and\n4. Approve and fill assignments to the Financial Reporting Ad Hoc; and\n5. Take such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
