CONTRACT AWARD - SAN CLEMENTE PIER ENTRANCE REDESIGN\nPROJECT, PN 23102, AND MAKING FINDINGS UNDER THE CALIFORNIA\nENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY ACT\nStaff Recommendation\nAdopt Resolution No. 25-125, which will:\n1. Find the project categorically exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (CEQA) under CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 Existing Facilities) and Section 15302 (Class 2 - Replacement or\nReconstruction).\n2. Award a professional services agreement to Summers, Murphy & Partners\nfor San Clemente Pier Entrance Redesign Project, PN 23102.\n3. Approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute, Contract No. C25-39,\nby and between the City of San Clemente and Summers, Murphy & Partners,\nInc., providing for the San Clemente Pier Entrance Redesign Project, in an\namount not to exceed $72,570.\nAugust 19, 2025
